“Let’s have a party!” “No, we need to hold our second Church Business Meeting!” So October 18 became a “Business Party” starting off with vespers by the Johnson-Greene Family Quartet at 6 PM. Everyone sang a few familiar hymns with guitar accompaniment by Del, and then the quartet sang three of their new arrangements.
There was a wonderful hot soup and sandwich supper coordinated by our social committee chairperson, Judy, with help from Shirley, Elsie, Danielle, Gab, Cheryl & Tom, Debbie, Christine, Andee, Janet, Virginia and Jan. Items covered at the Business Meeting were the Treasurer’s Report, missing members, update on sanctuary sound system and key usage procedure and building security.It was short and sweet!
