The last board meeting of the 2008-2009 church year was held on June 18. Routine items were processed including previous minutes, membership transfer and financial report. The recent month showed significant improvement in giving to the combined budget account, which ripples throughout the various church ministries. Gym giving has also improved over the last few months.
Reports were given on upcoming outreach programs, the Pathfinder trip to Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and a possible church weekend retreat. Actions were taken to fill officer vacancies, and to authorize proceeding with new lighting for church parking lots.
